Sunday, September 14th 10:30AM Celebration Service: “Guess Whose Coming To Dinner: Creating peace with our families”
Sunday, September 21st 10:30AM Celebration Service: International Day of Peace 2008 "Praying Enthusiastically Accepting Creative Energy"
“Let There be Peace on Earth, & Let it Begin With Me!”
Music, readings, prayers and sharing will be focused
on creating a universal consciousness of peace
and healing for our planet. In order to bring healing to whatever
needs correction on our planet, we affirm together that our earth,
our fellow beings and we ourselves are
perfect spiritual expressions of God’s present and eternal nature.
If you are unable to attend that day and would like to participate, please send us a prayer request online, by sending a prayer request to interfaithunitychurch@gmail.com or by putting your request in the box at church.
Sunday, September 28th 10:30AM Celebration Service: “It’s a Small World After All: Creating peace with our community, nation and world”
We are spiritual expressions of the one Mind, God, gratefully acknowledging, now and forever,
God’s continuing care for all creation.
The entire month of September 2008, Interfaith Unity Church will focus on the creation of a world-wide consciousness for Peace. Our youth will be involved in activities to teach and promote peaceful and harmonious living in our 10:30AM Sunday morning Youth Education classes and at our 5:30PM Tuesday Youth Alive Events.

Ripples of Peace, is dedicated to people whose hearts are touched by the events of a troubled world, and who have an abiding desire to live peaceful lives on a peaceful planet—ordinary people with an extraordinary sense of global citizenship.
Ripples of Peace offers 111 possible steps on a lifelong journey of peace. Each suggestion is designed to help replace the fear, despair, hatred, and terror felt by so many people around the world with faith, joy, love, and peace—one person and one day at a time.
"Ripples of Peace pays tribute to the power of one, reflecting my belief that, because we are all connected, the actions of any one of us have the potential to affect all of us. As each one of us dwells within peace, we automatically radiate peace to those around us who, in turn, pass peace along, like ripples in a pond.”

Beginning with Unity World Day of Prayer and continuing through to International Day of Peace, Unity is inviting participation in events for celebrating oneness and healing our world.
For 11 days, through workshops, inspirational talks, interfaith prayer ceremonies, concerts, special events, dances and discussions, Unity will expand the possibilities of what we can do, by partnering with like-minded organizations to affirm, create and celebrate the dawning of a new era of global peace, transformational healing and sustainable living.
