Sunday, June 6th 10:30AM “Happiness NOW!”
SPECIAL MUSIC BY WILL ZECCO
How often do we set aside the opportunity to choose happiness and contentment - to look up into the sky and focus on the cloud patterns or on the stars… to walk in the park and really experience the majesty of the landscape… to take the time to relax if even for just for a few minutes with music and just enjoy the sound surrounding us? The opportunities to happily value a brief moment of time are many, and it is our self imposed list of “shoulds, oughts and musts” that distract us.
Marie Wilson said, “I have often only seen the commitments of yesterday, and the demands of tomorrow, and have missed out on the beauty of today. Well, it is never too late to change, to forgive myself for my absence from life. My life has been taking place and I wasn't there to enjoy it.” This month, let’s consider that Happiness is a CHOICE; we have the power to choose to be happy or sad, glad or angry, fearful or brave. We also have the ability to give away that power. The potential for happiness is always within us!
Imagine …..
if we spent every day enjoying Life,
if we accepted everything and everyone exactly the way they are,
if we made the decision to be happy.
I want to live in a happy world; violence, hate, and prejudice will be no longer. – Rev. J.
Browning

FEBRUARY 21st 10:30AM “PROTECTING My Heart”
Have you been walking through life shielding emotions, protecting your heart acting like you couldn't care less? Have you said, no, when you could have said, yes? This is the time to see and experience what love has to offer….no more waitin’, hesitatin’, treadin’ water, and trying to stay afloat. Together we make a heart commitment!
Let your heart be your compass, your mind your map, your soul your guide... and you will never get lost... - Unknown
FEBRUARY 28th 10:30AM “EMBRACING My Heart”
Each of us does have and will have our share of challenges and struggles from time to time. Of course some days are easier than others but we always have the ability to promote goodness and generosity, inner peace and happiness. We willingly look inside and allow the lessons/gifts we receive through these experiences inside. The greatest gift we can give ourselves is the gift of a grateful heart. We do so today and every day forward.
“Grace is available for each of us every day -- our spiritual daily bread -- but we've got to remember to ask for it with a grateful heart and not worry about whether there will be enough for tomorrow.” -Sarah Ban Breathnach

Each of us must learn to work not just for oneself, one's own family or nation, but for the benefit of all humankind. Universal responsibility is the key to human survival.
