Practicing A Course in Miracles
Nick Arandes
Myth #1: The Course is deep.
That is far from the truth. A Course in Miracles is probably the easiest Course to learn. Once the core principles of what the Course teaches are understood, you won't even have to pick up the book ever again. "I have made every effort to use words that are almost impossible to distort, but it is always possible to twist symbols around if you wish."
T-3.I.3:11
Myth #2: The Course needs to be studied.
Not true! A Course in Miracles was never intended to be studied but to be practiced. The theoretical understanding of the Course will never lead their students to the experience the Course is aiming at. " ...forget this course, and come with wholly empty hands unto your God."
W-pI.189.7:5
Myth #3: The Course is important.
Not true at all. The Course is helping us understand how we came to believe that we are separate from our Source. We think we have many problems, when in reality one single solution solves every one of our seeming challenges. "Every problem is the same to Him, because each one is solved in just the same respect and through the same approach."
T-26.II.1:3
